Allie Murphy

I settled in Murfreesboro in January of 2020 and began working in a student marketed/individual leasing style apartment community a month later. Within the short 2 year span I have worked in property management, I have helped conduct 2 successful turns and 100% lease-up of a 512 bed-property, oversaw remodels and new construction, worked along with MTSU athletics and similar organizations for housing sponsorships, and many more. I have knowledge of business/criminal law and psychology from my education with MTSU that I put forth into my work experience every day to help make where you lease, where you love.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading, road trips and helping conduct/train in RAD Self-Defense course classes with MTSU Police Department.
