Billi Jo was raised in Clarksville, TN and has a passion for multifamily property management. She began her career in commercial property management in 1996. In 1999 she focused on her true heart and passion, the multifamily property management industry. She has successfully operated numerous multifamily communities and portfolios beginning with unit-based section 8 housing, then LIHTC and luxury communities, and over the last eight years focused in private property management as the Director of Property operations focused on luxury class A development and lease-ups throughout Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, and Kansas.

Mid-way into 2018, she, along with her partner Benjamin Stanley, opened Nex-Gen Management. Nex-Gen Management is the only focused multifamily management in Clarksville and growth has been phenomenal. From acquisition, Nex-Gen Management provides third party management services for clients with assets beginning at 48 units or more in a single location.

In addition to her responsibilities, Billi Jo found a serious lack in the education of the local rental market community. Hence, with no apartment or rental association within a reasonable distance, she set out to find an avenue to develop that. Thus, in 2016, with her passion to provide and educate the public with quality, ethical practice, and leadership, the Property Management Association of Clarksville (PMAC) was formed. PMAC, a non-profit membership group, meets monthly with over 200 members and growing. Over the span of her career, she has received numerous awards and certifications.
With a solid reputation within the Property Management Industry, she is known for providing strong leadership, dynamic teams with an innovative approach to customer service, creative marketing strategies.

Billi Jo is married to James Suiter with whom they share two adult children and four amazing grandchildren. When not working, Billi Jo enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
