Mandy Holcomb

Mandy was raised in Charlotte, TN. After high school, she attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where I received a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting. After graduating college she settled in rural Northwest Tennessee and began her career in Multi-family housing. With 2 years in multi-family housing, she decided to focus her career in accounting and customer service. As the years went by she was led back to multi-family housing where she has been for the past 8 years. Mandy’s housing passion is in the affordable housing sector having focused experience in RD rental assistance, LIHTC, Project-based Section 8, and some conventional housing. She has held titles as a property manager and regional manager in west Tennessee and Southeast Missouri.

When Mandy is not at work she enjoys traveling with her son Chase while Friday nights are held solely for Rebel Football and cheering on #76; she is Chase’s biggest fan. She also enjoys long drives down the back roads of the county with her dog.
