Billi Jo began her property management career began in commercial property management in 1996. However, finding her true heart and passion came later in 1999 with the Multi-Family property management industry. Since that time, she has successfully operated one gamit of the industry to the other. Beginning with unit based section 8 housing, following into LIHTC and luxury communities with the last eight years in luxury class A new construction and lease up. As the Director of Property Management, her portfolio consisted of 14 Affordable Tax Credit Communities with a unit range of 62-176 each, 486 luxury Units and 95 million in two states coming out of the ground in new class A construction.

In addition to her responsibilities, Billi Jo found a serious lack in the local education of the rental market community. Hence, with no apartment or rental association within a reasonable distance, she set out to find an avenue to provide that. Thus, In 2016, with her passion to provide and educate the public with quality, ethical practice, and leadership, the Property Management Association of Clarksville (PMAC) was formed. PMAC, A non-profit membership group, meets monthly with over 200 members and growing. Over the span of her career, she has received numerous awards and cetrtifications.

Married to James Suiter with whom we share two adult children and three amazing grandchildren. When not working, Billi Jo enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Ben Stanley is a Massachusetts native and U.S. Army veteran who settled into the Clarksville TN community after his military service on Fort Campbell. Since 2003, he has been a licensed Realtor, now Broker, active member of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, community business owner, real estate investor, and proud citizen of Clarksville.

Ben has been investing in real estate since 2005, starting with the purchase of a single family rental. He has built a 16-million-dollar personal portfolio of commercial, multifamily, land, and single family properties in the TN, KY, and FL markets. Along with Nex-Gen Management, Ben owns a Real Estate Company that manages more than 700 scattered site properties, a finance company, in addition to his successfully operated retail franchise which recently sold to a national retail brand.

Ben with his wife Jodi has raised two beautiful girls; Natalie (18), and Nicole (15). Ben enjoys spending time with his family first and foremost in addition to flying and volunteering in various local charities.

Mike Ballard has worked in the real estate and accounting industries for almost 30 years. Early in Mike’s career, he worked in the Information Systems Consulting group for Laventhol & Horwath, CPAs. After Laventhol, he joined McGladrey & Pullen before starting his own consulting firm. At Ascent, Mike leads the firm’s consulting practice, where he advises clients on using tax credits and deductions to improve returns on their projects. He has helped clients secure Section 45L Energy Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and other types of tax credits. Mike was a founding member of the board of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and also helped with the formation of the local National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Construction Financial Management Association chapters. In 2010, Mike was named one of the “Top 20 Visionaries” in Nevada by Nevada Business magazine. Mike is known for his excellent contacts with business, government and real estate executives throughout the West. Mike has served on the boards of several for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations. He has helped start three banks and served on the board of Black Mountain Community Bank.

Pam Heiney has been working in property management accounting since 1991. She directly supervises the accounting staff and has managed a collection of portfolios totaling more than 100 apartment communities.

Amy Williams oversees the human resources services for more than 650 employees for clients in 10 states. She has developed a multitude of benefits and incentive plans for their clients to choose from, allowing them to access benefits normally only associated with very large organizations. Amy has worked in property management since 1994, beginning as a property leasing agent in Las Vegas.
